The gate 18 is about correction, fixing what has been spoiled. My body has decided to fix me and slapped me with a cold that is kicking my butt. almost made it through my week......
Anyway with that as an example you can see correction is not always something someone speaks to you, all though it can be.
This week is a time to watch and listen, observe correction, don't attach to it. Don't harp on it. It is not personal.
If you are correcting make sure you are doing so by using your strategy!
